Bangladesh clothing exports to USA gains big value & volume; China slips behind
Between January–July 2025, Bangladesh’s apparel exports to the United States rose by 21.66% year-on-year, reaching US$4.98 billion. During the same period, overall US apparel imports grew by a much lower rate 4.96% globally. In terms of quantity, the amount of Bangladeshi garments imported by the US increased by 20.33%, while the unit price of those items edged up by 1.11%.
