Dangerous mobile radiation!
The Chronify
Mobile phones have now become an indispensable part of our daily lives. At some point during the day, we all use them. However, alongside their benefits, mobile phones can also cause serious harm through the radiation they emit. The radiation is particularly high when making a call, that is, when the other side is ringing. So, let’s learn how we can protect ourselves from the harmful effects of this dangerous mobile radiation.
After receiving a call, bring the mobile phone close to your ear. Whenever possible, use headphones or earphones while talking. This can help reduce exposure to radiation. Avoid talking on the phone while walking. Radiation is higher in areas with weak network signals, so keep conversations short in such situations.
Keeping your mobile phone near your head while sleeping negatively affects both the duration and quality of your sleep. Therefore, place your phone in the kitchen (away from the stove) or another safe distance while sleeping.
Limit mobile phone use while sitting in a car. The radiation level increases inside a car due to the shielding effect. To wake up on time, use an alarm clock instead of your mobile phone whenever possible.
The screen light in the dark not only harms the eyes but also interferes with the release of hormones necessary for sleep. Avoid using these devices in the dark, and refrain from using your phone at least two hours before bedtime.
Turn off smartphone services like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and internet connection when not needed. Prolonged exposure to radiation from these services can cause physical harm over time. Additionally, your personal information may be automatically exposed to technology hackers.
Do not keep a Wi-Fi router in the bedroom. Turn off the router by 11 PM. Keep phones out of the reach of children. Live as far away as possible from mobile towers.
Do not allow mobile towers to be installed in your residence. While it may cause minor financial inconvenience, it will protect the invaluable health of your family and neighbors.
