We can refer to healthy food as “good food.” In contrast, the opposite of good food is “bad food.” Unhealthy food is called bad food because the prefix “bad” clearly conveys something negative something we all understand.
To keep ourselves energetic and healthy throughout the day, there is no substitute for good food. In that spirit, today we’ve brought a recipe that can bring great benefits to the body.
We regularly drink tea and coffee, but it’s important to know which one may be harmful to the body and which one helps keep us healthy. It’s best to avoid conventional tea and coffee instead, herbal tea can be an excellent and healthy beverage choice.
You’ll Need:

Cinnamon powder – 1/3 tablespoon

Honey – 1 teaspoon

Cloves – 3 pieces

Water – 2½ cups

Black pepper – 20 pieces

Lemon – 1 slice

Green cardamom – 4 pieces

Ginger – 1 inch piece
How to Prepare:

Combine cinnamon powder, black pepper, chopped ginger, cardamom, and cloves in 2½ cups of water.

Bring it to a boil and let it simmer until the water reduces to about 1 cup.

Add 1 teaspoon of honey and stir well.

Squeeze in a slice of lemon.
Your herbal tea is ready! Serve it warm in your favorite cup or mug and enjoy a refreshing, healthy drink.
