  • 1 pinch of tea leaves

  • 1 tablespoon of honey

  • 1 bay leaf

  • 1 cardamom pod
     

  • 2 small pieces of crushed cinnamon sticks

Preparation Steps:

 

  1. Begin by squeezing the juice from one orange and placing it in a bowl.

  3. In a saucepan, heat some water and add the bay leaf, cardamom, and crushed cinnamon. Once the water comes to a boil, add the tea leaves and let it steep for a couple of minutes. Remove the saucepan from the heat once the water reaches the desired strength.

  5. In a cup, pour half of the fresh orange juice, then slowly add the hot herbal tea mixture to it. Stir until the color changes, then stop adding the herbal mixture. Finally, add honey to taste and enjoy your homemade orange tea.
