Electricity Development Board Announces Job Vacancies

Bangladesh Power Development Board recently announced a recruitment notice. A total of 40 people will be recruited for 4 positions. According to the notice published on October 5, interested and eligible candidates can apply for these posts.

Details of Positions and Number of Vacancies:

Assistant Engineer (Electrical) – 24 posts
Assistant Engineer (Mechanical) – 12 posts
Assistant Engineer (Civil) – 2 posts
Assistant Engineer (Computer) – 2 posts

Age Limit:
Applicants must be between 18 and 32 years old as of October 15, 2025. However, for candidates currently serving as Sub-Assistant Engineers at the Bangladesh Power Development Board, the age limit is relaxed up to 40 years.

Reserved/Underprivileged candidates (ethnic minorities, physically challenged, and third gender): 56 BDT

The details of the recruitment exam will be announced later on the Bangladesh Power Development Board website and sent to candidates via SMS.
