Atos Secures EU Contract to Deliver Cybersecurity Services
Atos announced Wednesday it will lead a consortium with Italian defense firm Leonardo to deliver cybersecurity services to the European Union under a contract worth up to €326 million ($384 million).
The Paris-listed tech company will be responsible for protecting the cloud infrastructure and information systems of EU institutions for a period of up to 48 months. The agreement marks a significant step in the bloc’s efforts to bolster its digital defenses amid rising cyber threats.
